Through our Collaborative Food Share Program we share the harvest with individuals and families in the community who are in need of access to quality food. We invite you to join our garden co-op, and in our mission to create more of the world we want to see!

Coming Home to Your Body: Yoga for Connection and Healing
Stress, overwhelm, and trauma can make it difficult to feel connected to ourselves and others. Yoga is a practice for healing—and can be a powerful support alongside psychotherapy. At its heart, yoga is about restoring harmonious connection—to our bodies, our senses, the present moment, and our communities.
This class offers a gentle, simple flow with sensory cues to bridge the mind and body. I’ll offer multiple options throughout to support you in exploring what feels best for you. This practice is less about doing poses “right” and more about engaging with your own experience and learning to listen to your nervous system with curiosity and care.

Finding Ground: A Yoga & Meditation Series for Nervous System Healing in Community
Finding Ground is a 4-week yoga and meditation series to help you reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and find steadiness—both within and around you—during uncertain and challenging times. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or in need of a gentle retreat, this series is here to support you—whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or already have a practice.
The practices and teachings of yoga offer a path of slowing down, tuning into the wisdom of the body, and releasing stuck energy and emotions. Practicing in a shared space adds to these already-powerful benefits by fostering community, connection, and support.

Join us for a grounding 30-minute sensory mindfulness practice in the garden led by Laurie Brockhaus, LCSW, E-RYT500 C-IAYT (she/her). We’ll gently guide our attention through the senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste—inviting awareness of our natural surroundings and the present moment. In tuning into nature and the support of community, we’re reminded of our ability to adapt, grow, and renew. This practice offers an opportunity to take a pause from everyday stress and busyness and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.

Practices for These Times: Sit in community on Saturdays in April

My hope for this four-week group is for us to be able to be in community and to collectively build our capacity to handle challenging times.
