IRL brings connection and evidenced based tools to understand the science of human happiness, and how to combat depression and anxiety. IRL is laid back, creative, and real. Projects will be chill, and include paint, clay, collage, writing-- but you don't need to be an 'artist'!! High school ages, all-genders welcome.

Parent circle aims to reduce loneliness and isolation of early parenthood and bring caregivers together in a supportive, understanding space. We'll share light, connected breath, and practice interoception and subtly expand our awareness into a cooperative experience of 'the Pulse' imbedded in all matter; the dirt, worms, trees, water, & each other. The intention of this space as it relates to our eco-caretaking is to carry our entanglement with the Pulse into our tending in the garden, and beyond into our shared worlds.

We believe that food is medicine, that land stewardship is healing, and that everyone—regardless of income—deserves access to nutritious, high-quality food. Through our Collaborative Food Share Program we share the harvest with individuals and families in the community who are in need of access to quality food. Quieting the Storm

Quieting the Storm is a 12-week therapeutic empowerment group for teen girls in high school (an inclusive space for all teen girls). Since 2009, these sacred spaces have offered support and comfort that invites each individual to explore and reconnect with her most authentic selves as she learns valuable tools to help navigate her world. Individuals find connection with one another while working on building self-compassion, confidence, self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, and skills to develop healthy relationships.
