Parent Circle is a laid back, parenting support group for parents of any/all genders, lead by Psychotherapist Jillayna Adamson. The group is support and empowerment-based, and children under 5 are welcome to come along for calm, simple play activities that will be available on-site. Parent circle aims to reduce loneliness and isolation of early parenthood and bring caregivers together in a supportive, understanding space. The group promotes mental wellness strategies in parenthood, connection and simple tools for connecting with your little ones.

Evolutionary Namaskar is a movement sequence inspired by the way babies learn to move—from sensing their environment, to reaching, rolling, crawling, and ultimately walking. Revisiting infant milestones is an opportunity to get back to the basics of movement and gently rewire your system for greater ease and efficiency.

Projects will be chill, and include paint, clay, collage, writing-- but you don't need to be an 'artist'!! High school ages, all-genders welcome.

inter-rhythms: This offering is an invitation to follow the deep rhythms of your breath, body and the interweaving rhythms of Life around us. We'll share light, connected breath, and practice interoception and subtly expand our awareness into a cooperative experience of 'the Pulse' imbedded in all matter; the dirt, worms, trees, water, & each other. The intention of this space as it relates to our eco-caretaking is to carry our entanglement with the Pulse into our tending in the garden, and beyond into our shared worlds.

Sun salutations are among the most common sequences in a yoga class. Yet, we rarely get the chance to slow down and understand these movements to absorb their benefits fully, such as building nervous system flexibility and cultivating breath awareness. Over four classes, we’ll break down the elemental postures of a sun salutation and explore plenty of options within each shape. This will give you the basics you need to step into a general flow or vinyasa class and make adaptations that support your body.

Quieting the Storm
Quieting the Storm is a 12-week therapeutic empowerment group for teen girls in high school (an inclusive space for all teen girls). Since 2009, these sacred spaces have offered support and comfort that invites each individual to explore and reconnect with her most authentic selves as she learns valuable tools to help navigate her world. Individuals find connection with one another while working on building self-compassion, confidence, self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, and skills to develop healthy relationships.
