Rooted & Resilient: A Shared Practice of Mindful Sensing

Join us for a grounding 30-minute sensory mindfulness practice in the garden led by Laurie Brockhaus, LCSW, E-RYT500 C-IAYT (she/her). We’ll gently guide our attention through the senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste—inviting awareness of our natural surroundings and the present moment. In tuning into nature and the support of community, we’re reminded of our ability to adapt, grow, and renew. This practice offers an opportunity to take a pause from everyday stress and busyness and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.

A Song Circle with Steph Plant

Join Steph Plant in singing simple songs together that glow from the spirit and invite flow and creativity of expression. We gather with intention to bring more warmth and connection amidst these most uncertain times.

May we sing. May we share. May we laugh. May we cry.
May we feel free to be just as we are and lift our voices as one.

Participants can expect heartfelt songs that invite play, depth and levity - no experience or confidence in singing necessary!
Steph will be playing guitar, Jules Fair will intone on crystal bowls and open the event with somatic exercise to open the throat and feel into expression.  All are welcome!
