Therapy
Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here.
Therapy is a journey of returning home to yourself — remembering your wholeness, rebuilding trust, tending to the parts of you that have been carrying so much, and creating the life you long for.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what’s been holding everything together.
Here, all parts of you are welcome — especially the ones that feel unsure, tender, or afraid.
Our Approach
At Empowered Spaces, we believe healing happens when the mind and body are brought back into relationship.
Our work is holistic, integrative, and somatic, grounded in the body’s innate capacity to heal and restore balance.
Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed, body-based, and evidence-supported modalities, including:
Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatic Practices
We approach every session with compassion, curiosity, and care — not judgment.
Your symptoms are not signs of brokenness; they are messages from your body pointing toward what needs care.
Rooted in Justice and Care
Individual healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s shaped by the systems and cultures we move through.
We honor the realities of trauma, oppression, and systemic injustice — and how they impact safety, belonging, and well-being.
Our therapists practice from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, gender-affirming lens.
We welcome and affirm people of all identities, bodies, orientations, races, ethnicities, and lived experiences.

Meet Our Therapists
The therapists listed here are members of the Empowered Spaces Collective. Each therapist owns and operates their own independent private practice and leases space within our center. While we share values, community, and a trauma-informed approach, each therapist is solely responsible for their own services, policies, and clinical work.

Beginning Your Journey
Reaching out for support is a courageous act of courage and care — not a sign of weakness.
You are not broken, and you do not need to be “fixed.”
You already hold the capacity for healing within you.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you will be met with respect, acceptance, and genuine care.
Therapy at Empowered Spaces is a collaborative, co-created process — a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and compassion.
Together, we’ll honor your pace, your story, and your body’s wisdom as you reconnect to your innate resilience and capacity to heal.
