Schedule of Offerings
Yoga In The Garden with Laurie Brockhaus, LCSW, E-RYT500 C-IAYT (she/her)
12:30-12:50pm
Join us in the community garden to begin the day with a grounding yoga and meditation practice, guided by Laurie. This gentle session is open to all and offers a welcoming space to connect—with yourself, nature, and the support of community. We'll practice simple movements and yoga shapes (with the option to practice on a mat or from a chair), soothing breath work, and guided meditation designed to settle the nervous system, foster a sense of groundedness, and inspire hope and balance. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or an experienced practitioner, you are warmly invited to come as you and open the event with us. Feel free to bring yoga mat or blanket to use in the garden.
1:00-3:00pm
