October 21, November 20, December 19

Join for one or all of these workshops!

6:30 - 7:30 PM

Led by Deanna Danger (they/them)

Starts off with a 20-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath, then moves into a floor & seated, gentle stretch, then journal prompts & guided somatic movement are woven through to synergize alignment with the New Moon + Sun Sign Astrological Transits for the coming Lunar Month.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, art-making supplies will also be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement. Mats, bolsters, blankets & tea provided, feel free to bring helps you feel cozy!

Participants also encouraged to look up their rising sign & house placements in advance - I recommend Time Nomad or the Chani app.

Equity Pricing

At Empowered Spaces we value community care, we are committed to making our offerings accessible, and we believe in leveraging our privilege and resources when we can in order to support one another. This Equity Pricing Scale acknowledges that as a result of systemic injustice our ability to pay for services, and access those services, varies. Choosing a rate that is accessible and meaningful is a justice-oriented practice that honors our interconnectedness.

Choose your rate below:

  • $35 standard - Sustainer Rate - "I can pay my way"

  • $25 supported - Community Rate - "I can use support from my community"

  • $50 supporter - Supporter Rate - "I can help support my community"

In order for me to cultivate generative income as a multiply marginalized, working class, freelance somatic guide, please choose the sliding scale rate that most reflects your economic and other identity privileges. This is a wonderful chart to reference & help you choose the right rate.

**Full & Partial scholarships: Empowered Spaces is committed to doing everything possible to make offerings accessible to everyone. To inquire about the Empowered Spaces Equity Scholarship please contact Kelly at kkcaul@yahoo.com
