At Empowered Spaces, we believe healing happens in ecosystems, where care moves in many directions and no one is asked to hold it alone. The Heart of Healing is a place for you to land.
This is not about becoming more capable. It is about refusing to lose your humanity in the work.
Twelve monthly gatherings across a full year: rooted in embodied practice, collective care, and justice. Guided by seven members of the Empowered Spaces collective: therapists, yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, educators, and activists, each bringing different wisdom to the circle.

In person in St. Louis + online. Virtual participants are intentionally included — you will not be secondary.
Equity sliding scale: $30–60 drop-in | $300–600 full year Equity scholarships and payment plans available.
