Christine Sinak MS, RDN, LD, RYT-200 (she/her)

Owner + registered dietitian at Peacemeal

I’m a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and advanced training in eating disorders. I’m also the owner of Peacemeal Nutrition Therapy, where I support individuals navigating eating disorders and complicated relationships with food—if food feels hard, that’s enough. No diagnosis is required.

My approach centers on you: your story, your relationship with food and your body, and your overall wellbeing. I see myself as a guide and collaborator, bringing clarity when nutrition information feels confusing or overwhelming and supporting you in reconnecting with your own inner knowing. In our sessions, I draw on parts work, embodiment practices, and Intuitive Eating, all through a size-affirming, trauma-informed lens. This work takes time, but it’s deeply worthwhile.

My hope is that this work helps you befriend your body, so you can move through life together—on the same team—while caring for your health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I’m a mom keeping up with the rhythms of everyday life. I love stories- reading contemporary fiction is my favorite, but I’ll read just about anything- and movies, too. I also enjoy savoring a quiet cup of coffee on the porch, spending time among the trees, and gazing up at the bright, beautiful stars.

“and I said to my body, softly.
‘I want to be your friend.’
it took a deep breath and replied
‘I have been waiting for this my whole life.’”
