Somatic Self Transformation and Self Maintenance Healing practice cultivation

Experience grounding and support in creating a self healing practice that suits your wellness needs.

Center yourself around self healing with tips and supportive guidance from Erin Renée.

What is Somatic? Soma refers to the physical/body; as opposed to, psycho which refers to the mental/mind.

Somatic wellness is a holistic approach to healing the mind by assessing and addressing the body's physical discomforts or responses.

Each session explores answers to:

What shows up on and in the person based on the way they move, feel, think and sense their physical presence?

Our work together aims to cultivate a harmonic body and mind balance.

What is Self Transformation + Self Maintanence:

Only YOU truly know YOUR BODY, so I help you tune in to listen to YOUR body's needs and I guide you to deeper, more supportive ways to address those needs. My approach to wellness and healing is to support the embodied individual by empowering, activating and enhancing their capacity to tend to and mend themselves.

Sessions include self healing with gratitude, reiki, breathwork, and demonstrations with a variety of tools for deepening your self healing capabilities.
